At Eterna Aesthetics, wrinkle maintenance appointments begin with a thorough, one-on-one consultation with one of our Registered Nurses. Whether you're an existing client due for your next appointment or considering this for the first time, we take the time to understand your goals and answer your questions before anything is recommended.

Every client — new or returning — is seen individually, with no group appointments and no rushed conversations. During your consultation, your nurse will:
Discuss your concerns, medical history, and any previous cosmetic treatments
Assess your facial anatomy in person
Talk openly about what's realistic and appropriate for you, including if a treatment isn't recommended
Answer any questions you have, with no obligation to proceed on the day
A consultation is required before every appointment for new clients

Appointments are conducted in a private treatment room. Your nurse will talk you through the process step by step before beginning, and you're welcome to ask questions at any point. Aftercare instructions specific to your appointment are provided in person and in writing before you leave.
